Polycom CX5000 in a Polycom Video Environment
Overview
If a CX5000 is used with an Office Communicator client, it is possible to achieve integration with a variety
of Polycom video systems. This is accomplished by configuring the Polycom and Office Communications
Server environments to integrate with one another.
The following figure illustrates a typical Polycom-based video conferencing solution with no Microsoft
integration. Shown are the various Polycom video systems that can be combined into an organization’s
visual communications solution.
