11. In the S erver 1 s ection of the Lines t ab, do the following:
a. Set A ddress to the IP address of the VirtualPBX machine. Example: r egistrar1.virtualpbx.net
b. Set P ort to 5060, which is the default
12. In the S erver 2 s ection of the Lines t ab, do the following:
a. Set Address to the IP address of the VirtualPBX machine. Example: r egistrar2.virtualpbx.net
b. Set P ort to 5060, which is the default
13. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Your Polycom phone will restart itself and after it’s finished
rebooting, your phone will register itself with VirtualPBX.
Optional: Factory Reset Polycom SoundPoint IP Phone
If your Polycom phone was locked or automatically provisioned with your previous provider, follow these steps
to prevent the previous configuration from interfering with your VirtualPBX service before you configure your
phone (steps 7-13 above).
1. Unplug the power cord
2. Wait 10 seconds
3. Plug phone back in, then immediately press and hold all of these buttons:
For IP 320/321, 330/331/335, 430, and 560 phones: 1,3,5,7
For IP 301, 501, 550, 600/601, and 650 phones: 4,6,8,*
For IP 4000 phones: 6,8,*
4. Once this is done, enter the admin password: 456
