Troubleshooting
After a correct installation and connection, your Polytropic heat pump doesn’t
work correctly?
This table can help you.
First, please verify that:
• Heat pump is correctly connected to power supply and well controlled by
filtration pump.
• Heat pump is correctly connected by water tubes (hydraulic circuit) to
swimming pool.
• Heat pump is correctly placed (distance to surrounding elements)

Relay is not connected
to “1” and “5”
