Before using it, clean the cabinet carefully with mild cleaning agent, e.g. liquid food safe
detergent. Rinse and wipe dry, leave the door open for airing for a while.
ProMed MC 70, 180 and 150/150 models
Place the shelves on the brackets and position the door compartments in their correct
locations. Locate the condensation water container and remember to empty it regularly
Future MC, MF 520, 720, 722 and 1422 models
Place the shelf brackets at the required height and locate the shelves on the brackets. The
cabinet is equipped with anti-tild sliding shelves. The maximum load of the cabinet is 75
kg/shelf.
Pull-out shelves or drawers with bearers are not to be used with glass doors or doors with
glass windows.
Ensure cabinets has reached the required holding temperature prior to loading with
product.
NOTE!
In order to avoid evaporator corrosion always store materials with high acid content in air
tight containers.
NOTE!
In order to ensure good air circulation
within the cabinet DO NOT exceed the load
limit (red mark inside the cabinet on the
back wall) and DO NOT place products on
the floor inside the cabinet. Wire baskets
are available as an optional accessory for
products unsuited for shelves. Please con-
tact your retailer if required.
NOTE!
The freezer cabinet has been designed to hold temperature of item being stored and will
not chill or freeze large amounts of products being placed in the cabinet!
