Changing the energy source
The
automatic exposure system is powered by a camera battery of
4.5 V (Mallory Batterie PX 21) rated voltage. Open the battery com-
porte ment (33) by lifting the plastic lid at the pr ovided rece ss . When
i ns e rting the new battery note the correct polar ity. Press the plus
pole of the battery towards the resili ent contact (also marked with
the plus sign)
and tilt the battery in .
Insert
the battery compartment lid opposite to the recess side and
pr e ss down at the latter till the lid locks.
Life
of the power source is about 2 years.
Do not try and recharge used batteries and do not throw them into
the fire - they may blow up!

ant pour Ie systeme d'exposition automatique . Ouvrir Ie com-
partiment a batterie (33) en soulevant Ie couvercle en matiere ' pla-
s tique (pour vu d'un onglet). Lors de I'introduction de la batterie,
ve iller a ce que la polarite soit correcte. Diriger Ie pole positif de la
batterie contre Ie contact a ressort (egalement pourvu du signe
.. + .. ) et, en meme temps, faire bascule r la batterie dans Ie compar-
tim en !. Appliquer Ie bord du couvercle qui est oppose a celui qui
porte ledit onglet contre Ie bord du compartiment a batterie, et
e nfonc er Ie couv ercle sur Ie cote a onglet, jusqu'a ce qu ' il s'engrene.
La duree de vie de la source de courant est de deux ans environ.
Ne pas essayer de recharger une batterie morte, ni la jeter dans
Ie feu.
Danger d'explosion!
