  If you're seeing blurry or grainy images from your Printware Printer, it could be due to a few reasons. First, partially clogged nozzles may be the culprit, so try cleaning or replacing the printhead. Second, the media you're using might not be compatible, so switch to inkjet suitable media. Finally, the image you're sending to the printer could be low quality, so use high-quality graphics that are compatible with your software.

  If you are experiencing mixed, mottled, muddy, or distorted colors with your Printware Printer, it may be due to ink color channel mixing within the printhead cartridge or nozzles. Refer to “Printhead Cartridge Conditioning”. Do NOT open Print Engine to angle greater than 60º. Use inkjet suitable media. Make sure the table that the printer is placed on is level. Ensure you power down the printer using the ON/OFF button before switching off the Main Power Switch.
