Function Description:

The Pro-Form 210 CSX is a stationary exercise bike that allows users to engage in cycling workouts. The bike offers adjustable resistance levels, allowing users to customize the intensity of their workouts. It also includes a selection of onboard workouts (Calorie, Time, and Interval) that automatically adjust resistance and prompt users to maintain target pedaling speeds. The console supports Bluetooth connections to tablets for use with the iFit app, enabling users to record and track workout information. Additionally, it has a sound system that allows users to play music or audio books during exercise.

The display shows various workout metrics, and a matrix represents a 1/4 mile (400 m) track to show progress.
  • Onboard Workouts: The console offers Calorie, Time, and Interval workouts. Users select a workout by pressing the corresponding buttons. These workouts automatically change resistance levels and provide prompts for target pedaling speed (TOO SLO, TOO FAST, or no words for target speed).
  • iFit Connectivity: The console connects to tablets via Bluetooth for use with the iFit app. Users can download the iFit app, set up an account, and then connect their tablet to the console to record and track workout data.
  • Heart Rate Monitoring: The console is compatible with Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors. Users can connect a heart rate monitor to the console to view their heart rate during exercise.

  • Leveling Feet: The exercise bike has leveling feet under the rear stabilizer that can be turned to ensure the bike is level on uneven surfaces.
  • Console Settings: Users can access a settings mode to view software version, change measurement units (standard/metric), perform display and button tests, and view total usage time and distance. A demo mode can also be toggled on/off.

Maintenance Features:

  • Regular Inspection: All parts should be inspected and properly tightened each time the exercise bike is used. Worn parts should be replaced immediately.
  • Cleaning: The exercise bike can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. It is important to keep liquids away from the console and to keep the console out of direct sunlight to prevent damage.
  • Reed Switch Adjustment: If the console does not display correct feedback, the reed switch may need adjustment. This involves unplugging the power adapter, removing covers, locating the reed switch and magnet, slightly loosening screws, adjusting the switch's proximity to the magnet, and re-tightening.
  • Drive Belt Adjustment: If the pedals slip even at the highest resistance, the drive belt may need adjustment. This involves unplugging the power adapter, removing the seat post and various shields, loosening a hex screw, tightening the idler screw until the drive belt is taut, and then re-tightening the hex screw.
  • Replacement Parts: The manual includes a PART LIST and EXPLODED DRAWING to help identify parts for ordering replacements. Users are advised to provide the model number, serial number, product name, and key number/description of the part when contacting customer service.
  • Power Adapter: Only a manufacturer-supplied regulated power adapter should be used to avoid damaging the console.
  • Environmental Responsibility: The product should not be disposed of in municipal waste but recycled at authorized facilities to conserve natural resources and comply with environmental protection standards.
