WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
Do not try to light any appliance.
Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any
phone in your building.
Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbors
phone. Follow the gas suppliers instructions.
If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the re
department.
Installation and service must be performed by a quali-
ed installer, service agency or the gas supplier.
WARNING: This appliance is equipped for Natural and
Propane gas. Field conversion is not permitted other than
between natural or propane gases.

      If your Procom Heater is producing a whistling noise when the burner is lit, here are some possible causes: * The control knob was turned to the high (5) position when the burner was cold. Turn the control knob to the low (1) position and let it warm up for a minute. * There's air in the gas line. Operate the burner until the air is removed from the line. Have the gas line checked by your local gas supplier. * The air passageways on the heater are blocked. Observe the minimum installation clearances. * The burner orifice is dirty or partially clogged. Clean or replace the burner orifice.

      If there's no spark at the ODS/pilot when you press the ignitor button on your Procom Heater, here's what could be happening: * The ignitor electrode might be positioned incorrectly or broken. Replace the pilot assembly. * The ignitor electrode may not be connected to the ignitor cable. Replace the ignitor cable. * The ignitor cable could be pinched or wet. Free the ignitor cable if it's pinched and keep it dry. * The ignitor cable might be broken. Replace the ignitor cable. * The piezo ignitor could be bad. Replace the piezo ignitor.
