HOW TO CONNECT YOUR HOME STEREO
Note: If your stereo has an unused LINE OUT jack,
see Instruction A below. If the LINE OUT jack Is
being used, see instruction B.
A. Plugone end of the audio cable intothe jack on the
frontof thetreadmill nearthe powercord. Plug the
other end of the cable intothe includedadapter,
Plugthe adapter intothe LINE OUT jack on your
stereo.

B. Plug one end of the audio cable into thejack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the powercord. Plugthe
otherend of the cable intothe includedadapter.
Plugthe adapter intoan RCA adapter (availableat
electronicsstores).Next, removethe wire that is
currentlypluggedinto the LINE OUT jack on your
stereo and plugthe wire intothe unusedside of the
RCA adapter. Plug the RCA adapter into the LINE
OUT jack on yourstereo.

Note: If your computer has a 3.5mm LINE OUT Jack,
see Instruction A. If your computer has only a
PHONES jack, see Instruction B.
A. Plugone end of the audiocable intothe jack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the powercord. Plugthe
other end of the cable intothe LINE OUT jack on
your computer.

B. Plug one end of the audio cable intothe jack on the
front ofthe treadmillnear the powercord. Plugthe
other end of the cable into a 3.5mm Y-adapter
(available at electronicsstores). Plugthe Y-adapter
intothe PHONES jack on yourcomputer.Plug your
headphonesor speakers intothe other side of the
Y-adapter.
