      First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Also, check that the key is fully inserted into the console. Finally, verify the power switch located on the treadmill frame near the power cord; if it's protruding, wait five minutes, then press it back in.

      If the walking belt on your ProForm Treadmill has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/2 of a turn. If it has shifted to the right, turn it counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Also, using the hex key, turn both idler roller screws clockwise, 1/4 of a turn.

      Remove the key from the console and unplug the power cord. Place the treadmill in the storage position. Locate the Reed Switch and the Magnet on the left side of the Pulley, ensuring the gap between them is about 1/8 inch. If necessary, loosen the #8 x 3/4" Screws, move the Reed Switch, and retighten the Screw.

      To recalibrate the incline on your ProForm Treadmill, hold down the Stop button and the Speed increase button simultaneously. While holding these buttons, insert the key into the console, and then release the buttons. Next, press the Stop button, and then press either the Incline increase or decrease button to recalibrate the incline system.
