on the bottom serial plate of your disposer and/or the power cord tag. Always reference the
model number and serial number when contacting Lowe's about any warranties on your
disposer.
9. IMPLIED WARRANTIES: IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO WARRANTY PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Some states do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so therefore the above limitation
may not apply to you.
10. CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES: THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
