Kneel on the oor, wheel placed by your side, in line with your hip.
Place hands on oor in front of you, wrists directly beneath shoulders.
Lift one leg and place on top of the wheel, and hold for 20-30 seconds, then
switch sides.
To increase intensity, lower yourself so forearms are resting on the ground.
