For models other than the 45-KFA, check the thermistor placement. Finally, consider replacing the temperature limit switch.

Inspect the electrical connections between the transformer and circuit board, and re-attach the ignitor wire to the spark plug if it's disconnected. If the issue continues, the ignitor might be defective and require replacement. Finally, adjust the rotor spacing.
