Using text message
templates
You can quickly send text message
templates. For example, when you
receive a call but cannot answer it,
you can reject it and send a text
message template to the caller saying
“Call me later”. Read more about
rejecting calls on page 12.
— To insert a template into your text
message
1. When you are entering a text
message, press

2. Use to select Insert
template and press
.
3. Choose a template and press
to insert it into your message.
Using the content in a
text message
When you receive a text message
that contains certain types of
content, your phone can use it.
For example, if you receive a text
message that contains a phone
number, you can call the number
directly from the message.
— You can use the content
of a text message to do
the following:
· Call a phone number
· Send a text message to a
phone number
· Create a reminder from part
of the message
· Create a reminder from
the full message
· Set an alarm
· Add or update a contact
— To use the content in a
text message
1. Press

2. Use to choose a message
folder, then press

3. To view a text message, choose a
message and press
twice.
Tip: To use the sender’s phone
number to add or update a
contact, select Add to contacts
and press
