About Bluetooth
Use Bluetooth to wirelessly
connect to other devices, for
example, another phone or a
Bluetooth headset.
When you use Bluetooth,
you can do the following:
· Connect to a Bluetooth headset or
similar device
· Send and receive contact details
Before you can connect your phone
to a Bluetooth device, you need to
pair your phone with it. You can
then allow a paired Bluetooth
device to connect to your phone
automatically.
Turning Bluetooth on or off
1. Press .

to select Settings
and press .
3. Use
to select Connectivity
and press .
4. Use
to select Bluetooth
and press .
5. To turn Bluetooth on or off,
press . When Bluetooth is on,
your phone displays the status
icon.
Tip: To save battery power, turn
Bluetooth off when it is not in use.
Pairing with a
Bluetooth device
1. Press .

to select Connectivity

to select Bluetooth
and press .
5. Use
to select Devices
and press twice. Your phone
searches for nearby Bluetooth
devices. To stop the search,
press .
6. Choose a device to pair with,
then press .
7. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If required, enter a code for
authentication and then enter
the same code on the Bluetooth
device. Your phone is now paired
to the Bluetooth device and is
ready to connect.
