  If you notice an oil leak in your PVR Water Pump, first, ensure that the oil filling/discharge plugs are properly closed and replace the gasket if needed. Additionally, check and clean the oil recovery pipe if the oil recovery system is inefficient. Replace exhaust filters if they are blocked. If there is no lubrication, fill up the oil level.

  If the motor protection is tripping on your PVR Water Pump, it could be due to several reasons. A pump seizure and jam requires a pump overhaul. If a vane is broken, replace the vanes. Also, replace the exhaust filters if they are inefficient. If the oil is polluted and causing high temperature, change the oil.
