Removing the 2.5-inch Drive Tray Base
The TS-332X comes with three drive tray caddies and a tray base for 2.5-inch drives.
You can purchase additional tray bases from QNAP or an authorized reseller. For details, go to https://

1. Gently pull the sides of the drive tray caddy to remove the pins from the tray base.
2. Attach the rear right pin to the tray caddy.
