      To hot-swap failed drives on your QNAP storage, log in to QTS, navigate to 'Main Menu > Storage & Snapshots > Storage > Disks/VJBOD', find the failed drive, and prepare a new hard drive. Remove the failed drive, wait for 20 seconds or until you hear two beeps. Remove the failed drive from the tray, insert the new drive, and install it. Then, go to 'Main Menu > Storage & Snapshots > Storage > Storage/Snapshots', find the volume with the new drive, and check that the status is 'Rebuilding'.
