Remove the Meter (f)

Remove the Weighing Platform (b) from the machine

Open the door to reveal the Ink Cartridge
(e). If the Cartridge is not visible, pull the
Carriage to the centre or use the menu
options to remove the Cartridge
Open the latch, remove Ink Cartridge (e)

Remove LAN Cable (c), Weigh Platform Cable (b) and Power Cable (d)

the door containing the Meter (f)

Remove Components From Original Machine

Access and Remove Ink Cartridge

Open the door to reveal and remove the Ink Cartridge.

Disconnect Cables and Weighing Platform

Remove LAN Cable, Weigh Platform Cable, and Power Cable.

Remove Weighing Platform

Detach the Weighing Platform from the machine.

Remove Meter

Open the underside door to access and remove the Meter.

Unpack and Prepare Replacement Machine

Initial Setup and Connections

Unpack unit, insert meter, and connect cables.

Power On and Connection Test

Power on the machine and test the LAN connection.

Registration and Configuration

Obtain registration PIN and complete online declarations.

Alignment Test and Final Steps

Perform ink cartridge alignment and prepare for use.
