Disable LDAP/AD
De-select the Enable LDAP/AD check box to disable LDAP/AD on the DXi4700 system. The LDAP/AD
settings remain saved.
Test LDAP/AD Settings
Click Test Settings to test the connection settings between the DXi4700 system and LDAP/AD domain
server. A successful connection will be indicated by a Success dialog box (see Figure 192 below). A test
connection that fails will be indicated by a Failure dialog box containing the reason for the failure (see Figure
193 below).

Test LDAP/AD User
Note: User LDAP/AD setting changes must first be applied before being tested.
1. Click Test User to test the ability of a LDAP/AD user to successfully log into the DXi4700 system. The
Test Username and Search Strings dialog box opens (see Figure 194 on the next page).
