Metadata Expansion Unit — General LED Behavior

Cabling
Connect the power cables for each component into an available power
outlet (see
Figure 16 on page 35).
Note: Quantum recommends attaching the primary and secondary
power connections to alternate power sources for resiliency.
Quantum also recommends that one of these power sources be
an uninterruptible power source, such as battery backup or
generator, or be connected to redundant AC power supplies to
avoid system interruption in the case of a power failure.
