Separate Fibre Channel zoning is required for tape and disk. If the
system has a tape library, use FC ports 1 and 2 for disk, and FC ports 3
and 4 for tape . The actual zoning configuration for these devices is
dependent on variables such as the Fibre Channel switch vendor, the
WWPN of the HBA ports, and the external hardware.
Connect the FC host ports to your SAN as shown in Figure 22 on
page 43.
