Inspect the control box for errors, power issues, emergency stop activation, blown fuses, incorrect wiring, and the pinspotter signal; consider replacing it if necessary. Also, make sure that the hood retaining nut is tight, the hood retaining bracket is properly adjusted, and the wiring connections are secure; replace the switch(es) if needed. Check the ball entry sensor's mounting, operation (the yellow LED should illuminate when blocked), and connection to the control box; replace the sensor if necessary.
