When VIO_SEL is grounded and VBAT ˂ 3.3 V, VDD_EXT = VBAT;
When VIO_SEL is grounded and VBAT ≥ 3.3 V, VDD_EXT = 3.3 V;
When VIO_SEL is floating, VDD_EXT = 1.8 V.
