Trim Tabs
17. Trim Tabs (oponal)
The trim tabs are located within recesses in the hull at the transom and are used to level the boat
(port to starboard) caused by uneven weight distribuon, too many people on one side of the vessel,
or by strong winds pushing the vessel to one side.
The trim tabs are controlled by switches located at the helm. LED indicators located on the switch
indicate the amount of trim tab deecon (one bar indicates the trim tabs are in the up posion,
while all red bars indicate the trim tabs are fully deployed in the down posion). To lower the port
bow (boat is running with a starboard list), push the le switch marked DOWN. Alternavely, to lower
the starboard bow (boat is running with a port list), push the right switch marked DOWN.
Refer to the manufacturer’s manual for complete instrucons and warranty.
18. Diesel Heat (oponal)
The diesel heat system consists of a 4kW heater, a 10L diesel tank providing fuel for the heater, and a
control panel that runs the system. The diesel heater, located on the port side of the salon, can be
accessed by removing a panel located in the a salon bench seat.

Prior to use, make sure that the diesel tank is full. The 10L diesel tank, located on the port side of the
bilge, can be accessed via the forward cockpit oor hatch. To ll the tank, rst remove the strap
holding the tank in place. Next, remove the cap with the fuel pickup and pull the tank out of the boat.
ALWAYS FILL THE TANK OUTSIDE OF THE BOAT. When lled, re-install the cap, and secure the tank in
the bilge.
The diesel heater is controlled by a keypad located on the port side of the salon. The panel allows for
either automac control of a preset temperature, or it allows you to vary the blower speed and
temperature manually. There are three direconal heang ducts, 1 located in the a salon bench seat,
1 in the a berth, and 1 in the forward berth.
The heater pulls air from two locaons; there are two exterior cold air inlets located on the port
corner of the deckhouse, and there is an interior intlet located on the port side of the salon. Finally,
there is an exhaust outlet located on the port hullside where hot exhaust exits the unit.
