Acheckvalve(CV)preventslossofcompressedairwhenthecompressorisstopped.
Atemperatureswitchandasafetyvalve(SV)protectthecompressorelementagainst
overheatingandtoohighpressurerespectively.Thecompressedairiscooledbyanair
cooler (Ca) before it enters the dryer.
