→ Reactor-Ready features a unique patented rapid stirrer coupling which allows quick and easy
alignment of the overhead stirrer with the stirrer guide. However, care should still be taken to
ensure alignment is correct. Although some degree of misalignment can be tolerated, correct
alignment will enable smooth operation of the stirrer, and reduce wear on the coupling pins.
❖ It is recommended that you test run the overhead stirrer to ensure that the coupling operates
smoothly. If it doesn’t, you will need to re-adjust the position of the overhead stirrer.
❖ The maximum stirring speed for Reactor-Ready is 500rpm for continuous operation and 800rpm
for short periods.
