15. DATABASE
The balance software has 3 databases that can be edited (USERS, PRODUCTS,
TARES) as well as 2 databases (WEIGHMENTS AND ALIBI), in which all the
measurements carried out on the balance are saved.
Data range that can be saved in particular databases:
USERS – 100 different users.
PRODUCTS1000 different products.
TARES – 100 different masses of the packages.
WEIGHMENTS10 000 consecutive measurements
ALIBI 100 000 consecutive measurements
Operations on databases: USERS, PRODUCTS and TARES:
Deleting the selected item in the database
Inserting a new item in the database
The way of inserting and deleting an item is described below.
15.1. Users
USERS – 100 different users.
It is possible to introduce the following date for each user:
NAME (30 characters), CODE (6 characters),
PASSWORD (8 characters, just numbers),
ACCESS (USER, ADVANCED, ADMIN),
LANGUAGE (any from the available).
Access levels
The balance software has three access levels: USER, ADVANCED,
ADMINISTRATOR.
Once the balance is switched on, the display is active for the whole time, which
enables carrying out mass measurements even without a logged-in user.
The table below shows the access to the edition of user parameters,
databases and software functions depending on the access level.
