3. LOWER TOOL BUSHING
WEAR LIMITS AND LUBRICANTS FOR LOWER TOOL BUSHING
Item Wear limit
Tool bushing: Inspect the size of the
area from where the grease grooves
are worn out.
First groove is worn out but the sec-
ond groove is visible. Bushing can be
re-installed. Rotate bushing 90° so
that the unused bushing surface will
be utilized (bushing has two grooves
for retaining pins).
Tool bushing (worn out) Both first and second grease grooves
are worn out. Bushing must be
replaced.
