6.5 Connect the unit to the mains for Demo mode
The Demo mode is used for demonstration purposes for the basic functions of
the unit.
Refer to the table below with the colour codes for the connection.
Colour coding of connector terminals for Demo mode

Phase Grey L1
Neutral conductor Blue N
Protective conductor Yellow/green PE
The following functions are activated or deactivated in Demo mode:

Cooking processes are simulated (processes are accelerated)
n
Movement of the pans and unit top panel is active
n
Heating is deactivated
If the unit is connected in Demo mode, the following connections are sufficient:
n
one phase
n
one neutral conductor
n
one protective conductor
n
Equipotential bonding
6.6 Close the electrical compartment
a The power cable is connected to the unit.
1. Insert the control panel at the rear (1) and insert the control panel at the
front (2) until it engages.

all points.
