Conguration setup
N.B.: The columns must always have an even number (minimum 4 and maximum 8)
A) New conguration
Only possible if the trolleys are all on the descent limit switches.
As rst operation, to determine the MASTER column and the subsequent SLAVE columns.
1) When starting the switchboard, the following shall appear on the display:

move down with the blue Key , to
L A S T C o n f i g
> > N E W C o n f i g < <
conrm with the black “ENTER” key
The following is displayed:
> > C o l M A S T E R < <
C o l S L A V E
determine the MASTER column by pressing the black “ENTER” key
The system starts on the “Chanel 2” conguration radio channel.
The operator can choose a different radio channel than the one proposed using the Red
and Green buttons (to de-
crease or increase the number of the radio channel). NB: Available radio channels (3-4-5-6-7-8-9).

Now the display shows “Wait SLAVE”, which means that the system is waiting for you
to select/congure the SLAVE columns.
2) Shift to another column, when starting the switchboard the display shall show the following:

move down with the blue key , to
L A S T C o n f i g
> > N E W C o n f i g < <
conrm with the black “ENTER” key
the following is displayed:
> > C o l M A S T E R < <
C o l S L A V E
move down with the blue button , to
C o l M A S T E R
> > C o l S L A V E < <
conrm the SLAVE column by pressing the “ENTER” black key
Now the SLAVE column receives from the MASTER column the conguration message and the display shows:
> > C h a n n e l 2 ?< <
C o l u m n 2
The message indicates which channel is the Radio channel that shall be used at the end of the conguration process (Channel 2)
and the ID that will be assigned to the column (Column 2).
After you have veried that the proposed channel is the same
as the MASTER column, you must conrm the details by pressing the black “ENTER” key
and the display will show:
> > I D 2 C H 2 < <

conrm the correct conguration of the SLAVE 2 column
N.B.: The operator must repeat the operations at point 2 for all columns of the power lift.
