1.EnsureyourcameraiscompatiblebycheckingthelatestdetailsavailableontheRaymarine
websiteagainstyourIPcamera’sspecification.Ifindoubtpleasecontactanauthorized
Raymarinedealerforadvice.
2.Ensureyouhaveinstalledyourcamerainaccordancewiththedocumentationthatwassupplied
withyourcamera.
TheCameraappwillopenin1of3states:
Note:IftheCameraappisopenedsoonafterpoweringonyoursystem,youmayhavetowaitfor
thecamera(s)tofinishbootingbeforethevideofeedisdisplayed.

Thecamera‘xxxnotyetavailable .....’messageisdisplayedif:
•aCameraapppageisopenedbeforethecamerahasfinishedbootingup.
•connectiontothecameraislost.
Ifthecamera‘xxxnotyetavailable .....’messageisdisplayedformorethan2minutes,thenyour
MFDcannotconnecttoyourcamera.Ensurenetworkandpowerconnectionstoyourcameraand
MFDarecorrectandfreefromdamageandthenpowercycleyoursystem.Ifthecamerafeedis
stillnotdisplayed,refertoyourequipment’sinstallationdocumentationforfurthertroubleshooting
information.
