TENSIONE CINGHIA COMANDO POMPA
Ogni 40 ore di lavoro controllare la cinghia 10 (Fig. 17) di comando motore
pompa. Se la cinghia è lenta, provvedere alla tensione agendo nel seguen-
te modo:
- Allentare le viti di fissaggio “A” (fig.17) supporto pompa 12 (Fig. 17).
- Allentare il dado 13, fig.17. (versione a benzina).
- Svitare la vite 14 ,fig.17. (versione a benzina).
- Il gruppo supporto pompa si sposta in avanti tendendo la cinghia 10
(fig.17).
- Bloccare il dado 13, fig.17. (versione a benzina).
- Stringere le viti di fissaggio “A” (fig.17) supporto pompa
.
Attenzione!
Il tensionamento della cinghia deve essere eseguito
in modo corretto. Non deve essere troppo tesa per
non creare carichi eccessivi ai cuscinetti ed in tal
modo danneggiarli.

CHECKING AND ADJUSTING THE TENSION OF THE PUMP DRIVE BELT
Every 40 hours work check the tension of the belt 10, fig.17 which drives
the pump.
Proceed as follows to tension the belt if it is too slack.
- Slacken off the bolts “A” fig.17 fixing the pump to its mounting brac-
ket 12 (fig.17).
- Slacken off nut 13 fig.17 (petrol version).
- Slacken off adjuster bolt 14 Fig.17 (petrol version).
- Slide the mounting bracket forwards to increase the tension of belt
10 (fig.17).
- Re-tighten nut 13 (fig.17) (petrol version).
- Re-tighten bolts “A” (fig.17).
Warning! Do not overtighten the belt. Excess
tension can damage the pulley bearings.
