Why is the squeegee on my RCm Scrubber not drying properly?

  The squeegee on your RCm Scrubber might not be drying properly due to several reasons. The squeegee rubbers could be worn and need replacement, or the squeegee itself may be fouled and require cleaning. A foreign object might be lodged in the squeegee, or the vacuum pipe could be removed or fouled. Also, check if filter 12 and cup 13 are fouled, and clean them if necessary. Ensure the squeegee is properly adjusted and that the water drain tap is closed. In more serious cases, the vacuum motor might be burnt out or the carbon brushes worn, necessitating replacement.

  If your RCm Scrubber isn't starting, here are a few things to check: First, make sure the main key switch is inserted and turned to position 1. Then, verify the batteries aren't flat and recharge them if needed. Ensure the batteries are properly connected. Also, check the fuses (F4 - Fig.10) for the dashboard and other fuses (fig.10). Finally, confirm the emergency stop button isn't engaged; if it is, release it and repeat the start-up procedure.

  If the detergent solution isn't reaching the brushes on your RCm Scrubber, or only a little is reaching them, check the following: The pipelines supplying water to the brushes might be blocked and need cleaning. Ensure the solution tap is opening correctly. The feeding pipe could be squashed, so restore or replace it. Make sure the tank has water. The solution filter might be dirty and need cleaning. Also, the electrovalve might be faulty and require replacement. If your model has a pump, it might be faulty and need repair or replacement.
