Tip:
Unplugging
probes and
cleaning with
damp cloth
will prolong
the life and
accuracy of
your probes.
DO NOT FULLY SUBMERGE PROBES IN
WATER OR WASH IN DISHWASHER!
Plug your temperature probes (#8) into the
grill’s controller probe ports A and B.
Insert probes into thickest
portion of meat for most
accurate reading.
Feed probes through
the probe port hole
on the left side of grill
cooking chamber.
Reinstalling rubber protectors over
connection ports on controller after
each cook will prolong the life and
quality of your controller.
