Is the ground lead from
the turntable (when fitted)
firmly attached to the earthing
terminal on the rear panel?
Refer to pages 4 & 5
of this manual and
reconnect the ground
lead. If this is not easy,
contact your Rega dealer
Is the pre-amplifier
mounted directly
underneath the cartridge?
Move the amplifier to
see if the hum level
changes. See page 3
Are there any other pieces
of Hi-Fi equipment close to
the turntable or pre-amp?
Move them away.
