Real Time Clock
The MACH-Air™ VAV controller does not contain a Real Time
Clock (RTC) chip.
! To access real time functions using the MACH-Air™ VAV controller, it is
necessary to network the MACH-Air™ VAV controller to a controller or
portal that has RTC capabilities, (e.g. MACH1™, MACH2™, MACH-
Global™ controllers or ETHER-Link™ portal)
! The MACH-Air™ VAV controller acquires time from the device
addressed as #1 on the network. If controller address #1 is not ‘on
line’ or does not have an RTC the system time will remain virtual.
The controller with the RTC must
be configured as address #1.
