  If the blue LED on your Respironics Humidifier is blinking, it indicates a communication problem between the therapy device and the humidifier. Ensure both are properly plugged into the outlet, and that the AC power cord is correctly connected to the humidifier power supply, which in turn is connected to the CPAP power supply. Also, ensure the therapy device is correctly seated on the humidifier base, using the guide to slide it into place, and that the air inlet port on the humidifier connects securely to the air outlet port on the device. Remember to remove the therapy device air outlet port before connecting to the humidifier. If the heater plate is not heating, check the power connections to the humidifier.

  If the humidifier door detaches from your Respironics Humidifier because it was dropped or mishandled, the device will continue to function properly without the door. To reattach the door, align it properly with the humidifier and snap it back into place. If the humidifier doesn't operate correctly after being dropped, contact your home care provider or Respironics.

If water enters the therapy device, drain it completely and let it air dry before reapplying power. Manage the tubing to prevent it from pulling the humidifier. If it still doesn't operate correctly, contact your home care provider or Respironics.
