Switch-box, device or display
converter between THEC64
and HD TV/monitor faulty,
incompatible or not configured

Remove the device between
THEC64 and HD TV/monitor
and use a direct HDMI
connection
HD TV/monitor incompatible
with current refresh rate (50 Hz)
Switch on whilst pressing and
holding the POWER switch
for six seconds. Output is set
to default 60 Hz. Specifically
set the Video output option to
60Hz when the option appears
after language selection
Faulty HDMI lead Try a different HDMI lead
HD TV or monitor on wrong
input source
Switch input source to
appropriate HDMI setting on
HD TV or monitor
There is a
delay between
controller
actions and
reaction on-
