      If your Rexing Dash Camera isn't starting or responding, first, connect it to the charger and let it charge for about 4 hours before trying again. If it still doesn't work, examine the charger and cable for any damage. As a last resort, you can press the reset key to return the device to its factory settings. If none of these steps work, it is recommended to contact after-sale service personnel and return it to the vendor for repair.
