How to resolve a Rextron Switch cascaded unit that does not work?
    • B

What causes keyboard errors on boot with a Rextron INTEGRA KVM2 Switch, and how can I fix it?
    • M

Why is there nothing on the screen when using my Rextron INTEGRA KVM2 Switch?
    • K
      katherine93Aug 29, 2025
If there's nothing on the screen, it could be due to an incorrect video signal. Make sure the C-36 connectors are well mated.
  • S
    Samuel GlassAug 27, 2025
What to do if the VGA monitor works fine, but the keyboard and touch pad do not work on my Rextron Switch?
    • B
      Brandi LittleAug 28, 2025
If the VGA monitor works but the keyboard and touch pad don't, the connection inside the KVM drawer may be loose due to vibration. Disconnect the KVM drawer from the KVM module box. Connect a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to the Local port on the KVM module box, and another server to any of the PC ports, then use the KVM module box as a stand-alone KVM switch to verify if the KVM drawer is bad.
  • R
    Regina BakerAug 26, 2025
What should I do if the hotkey command is not effective on my Rextron Switch?
    • E
      Elizabeth FosterAug 27, 2025
If the hotkey command isn't working, it's likely due to an incorrect hotkey sequence. To select a server connected to the Master, use three keystrokes. To select a server connected to a Slave, use four keystrokes.

    Robert RushAug 25, 2025
How to fix a fuzzy or unclear VGA image on my Rextron Switch?
    • B
      Brian ReyesAug 25, 2025
If the VGA image is fuzzy or not very clear, the cause may be poor quality VGA cables. Use UL-2919 rated VGA cables for video connection, as these cables use coaxial wires for R/G/B signals.

    David DiazAug 23, 2025
What to do if nothing works on my Rextron Switch?
    • W
      wriveraAug 23, 2025
If nothing is working, it might be due to a bad connection at the C-36 connectors. Push the assembled drawer and the KVM module box firmly together, leaving only 8mm (5/16 inch) space in between, and secure them with two screws.
