DO NOT USE them and contact customer support.
Ensure that your hands are completely DRY.
To charge the product:

To charge the Cruiser’s battery pack, there are two charging options:

Wet hands may cause an electrical shock or re hazard.
If the battery level indicator lights on the console are on, power off the
product by turning the ignition key to the left, and removing the key.

Choose this option if you are able to charge next to your Cruiser.•
Locate the battery pack, which should be in the battery terminal
on the Cruiser.
