Example:
1) When the outside air temperature is 90ºF with 10%RH, the
enthalpy is ~27. The standard enthalpy setting EN1 (29) will not
allow cooling mode to be active.
2) When the outside air temperature is 85°F with 50%RH, third
stage is not allowed.
3) When the outside air temperature is 95°F with 40%RH, third
stage is not allowed.
