Chapter 1 / Section 1 Getting Started
Make sure the camera's power is off.
Slide the battery door open.
Insert the AC Adaptor Battery.
Open the power (DC IN) cable cover and
then thread the cable out.
Slide the battery cover closed.
Plug the power cord into an outlet.
Using the AC Adaptor
When shooting or viewing still images for a long time, or when connecting to your computer, use of the
AC Adaptor (sold separately) is recommended.
• Be sure to firmly attach cables and plug in cords.
• When you are not using the camera, unplug the AC Adaptor from the camera and the power outlet.
• While in use, if you detach the AC Adaptor or unplug it from the outlet, the data may be lost.
