Preparation
Be sure to select the paper size
with User Tools. If you do not, mis-
feeds might occur. See p.29 “Tray
Paper Size:Tray 1–2”.

Paper Tray (Tray 1)

Make sure the paper tray is not in
use.

Pull the paper tray out slowly un-
til it stops.
Note
❒ Remove any remaining copy
paper.

While pressing the release lever,
pull the back fence off from the
tray.
When loading A4L size paper
A Place the back fence in the cor-
ner pocket on the left.

While pressing the release lever,
adjust the side fences.

Push the metal plate down.
