  If you encounter an SC866 (SD Card Error 1: Confirmation) when installing an SD card option on your Ricoh Printer, it may be due to a firmware bug that prevents the machine from authenticating the SD card. To resolve this, update the System firmware to Ver1.08 (G1795740B) or later before installing the SD card.
