If any of the jams listed in the table above is triggered, please follow these guidelines:
• Open the top covers and remove any booklet stuck in the paper path;
• Check for misfed sheets and remove them;
• Check for debris on the paper path and remove them;
• Check that booklets on the stacker do not block path of exiting booklets;
• Ensure there are no obstructions in the paper path;
• Wipe all sensors (do not use any fluid to clean them);
• Make sure the paper size is set correctly;
• Power off and power on the machine.
WARNING:
The trim unit has two sharp knives for trimming booklets: do not touch them for
any reason and at any time. If service is needed, call a technician.
