 Replace the Heating Roller Thermopile.
 Replace the Fuser Unit.

The main power cord is connected but the secondary power cord is not
connected.
 The secondary power cord is not connected.
 Circuit breaker is off.
 Harness broken
 AC drive/IOB defective.
 Turn the machine off and plug in the secondary power cord again.
 Check that the circuit breaker is on. If off, turn it on.
 Replace the harness.
 Replace the AC drive/IOB.
