Sensor error)
 During tray initialization, both the Lower Limit Sensor and the Paper Height
Middle Sensor were ON for 100 msec.
 Lower Limit Sensor defective/disconnected
 Paper Height Middle Sensor defective/disconnected
 A harness to one of the parts listed above is broken.
 PCB defective
Check if the SC occurs by turning the power OFF then ON. If the SC occurs again,
do the following steps. Check if the SC reoccurs by cycling the power after each
step.
To check for any abnormalities in the sensor and motor solenoid, be sure to
perform an input check and output check for them as needed in addition to a
visual check.
1. Reconnect the following connector(s).
 Paper Height Middle Sensor
 Lower Limit Sensor
2. Replace the following harness(es).
 Lift motor
 Lower Limit Sensor
 Paper Height Middle Sensor
 Paper upper limit sensor 2
3. Replace the following harness(es).
 Lift motor
 Lower Limit Sensor
 Paper Height Middle Sensor
 Paper upper limit sensor 2
4. Replace the following mechanical component(s).
 Tray bottom plate
 Wires
 Pulley
 Feeler, etc.
5. Replace the Main Control Board of the LCIT.
