Opening the Printer Status Monitor
The Printer Status monitor automatically opens when printing starts. It can also be opened when not printing. Follow
the procedure below to open the Printer Status monitor.
Open the printer properties dialog box.
Click the [Maintenance] tab.
Click [Display Status Monitor].
The Printer Status monitor dialog box appears.
● Opening from the Start Menu
● Opening from an Application
